For Tina Baublitz, it was the beginning of an era of study and growth in which she invested whole-heartedly in her training of individual and group psychotherapy.

Expanding in Talent, Gifts, and Kindness

Tina was highly invested in both training and community.  The vision of creating a highly-skilled group of therapists who could compliment each other’s work and collaborate as a team quickly emerged.  She became excited to bring talented therapists into our practice, practitioners whom we felt could help meet our clients’ needs and whose gifts and kindness support the excellent psychological service and family feeling of Light of Hope Counseling. Our Northwestern Maryland location now house over four fabulous therapists with a variety of specialties.  We have individual training or consultation groups for therapists to consult and improve our care.

Our office staff went from a solo-team of Tina Baublitz, who had been single handedly running all aspects of the business for over five years, to a team of six who are an integral part of the process that happens here. Every staff member and clinician walks alongside clients through scheduling, billing and all therapeutic needs.
