To request an appointment or receive more information, we have multiple ways to contact us. To provide clients with the quickest and most convenient responds we can be reached by the following:

Before First Appointment
Sign up for LOHC’s Client Portal. Here is where you will fill out the Intake Questionnaire and other confidential paperwork, which needs to be completed before your first session takes place. In addition, here is where you can schedule counseling appointments, contact your Therapist through a confidential messaging system, make a payment for sessions, and access all Telehealth appointments. The Client Portal is a one-stop shop for all of your counseling needs, which are conveniently accessible on the web or your phone, using the TheraNest app.
Payment and Session Fees
Due to our commitment to keep all client’s information confidential and provide the best quality care possible, we do not participate as an In-Network Provider. We are considered an Out-of-Network provider, which allows clients to receive reimbursement through their insurance company. Payments for sessions are due the day sessions are conducted. We will provide clients with a ‘Superbill’ to submit to their insurance company. If clients have Out-of-Network benefits, the insurance company will reimburse the client directly. With so many Providers Out-of-Network, insurance companies make this a relatively easy process; many providing the ability to simply upload/submit superbills right on their website.

Session fees are based on the Clinicians experience and education. We offer a sliding scale fee for clients who need financial assistance.
