Practice Philosophy
There are ultimately circumstances in life that will be experienced by most, if not all of us, including but not limited to trauma, death and bereavement, anxiety, struggles associated with responsibility, and sadness. Regardless of whatever setbacks you are facing, I am here to provide the care you need in a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment. We will work through these struggles and setbacks together, and I will help you tap into a capability that you may not have seen within yourself to grow and heal.
I am a graduate student at McDaniel College, working towards a master’s degree in mental health counseling. I am interested in an array of topics and approaches, including trauma, anxiety, death and bereavement, children’s counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and existential approaches. There is never any shame in reaching out for help. I am here to support your journey towards healing, and we will grow together.
